A free education is hard to come by these days. But the 14th annual Kidfest is free, entertaining and educational- “edutainment” as organizers are calling it. Community and fun go hand in hand during this all day event, which will feature an ice cream eating contest, obstacle courses, Sumo suits, jousting…the list of activities that’ll bring out the kid in all of us goes on and on. Samz School of Rock, a local kid friendly rock band, Population 5, an all kids band with rockability beyond their years, jam through the weekend. [MF]
