Jose’s hosts a three-band lineup on Halloween Eve, which has become known as: “mischief night.” The Salinas-based headliner, Tumbleweed, is all about the guilty pleasures of 80s hair metal and San Jose garage rockers, The Fourfits, put on rowdy stage shows as they channel the sounds of MC5 and Thin Lizzy. The final piece of the “mischief night” trifecta, Calijuana, is a Sublime-like manifestation that may stir up an apparition of the late, Bradley Nowell. [AJ]
