Since Elvis Presley passed away in 1977, all kinds of folks have impersonated the early rock icon in the good name of entertainment from comedian Andy Kaufman to Mexican-American rocker El Vez. In this long line of distinguished company comes James Clark, who placed in the top 10 of the 2001 Las Vegas King of Kings Contest. Tonight, in Salinas, with his backing band, Clark will hit the major musical moments in the musician's life including his 1968 Comeback Special and his jumpsuit Vegas days. [ST]
