Forget the hapless Warriors, let alone the Sea Kings - the Harlem Globetrotters, now in their 84th consecutive season, are coming to Salinas with their unique mixture of great basketball, great showmanshp and crowdpleasing stunts. Think Cirque du Soleil without all those annoying mimes, or the showtime Lakers with comedy acts spiked into the games to break up the action. In the great traditipn of former Globetrotters stars as Meadowlark Lemon, this year's time includes Big Easy Lofton and Flight Time Lang (who co-starred recently in CBS' "The Amazing Race''), Firefly Fisher, Hi Rise Brown, Bam Bam Bamiro, Buckets Blake and a cast of some of the finest ballers you're ever likely to see.
