Again, the second one this summer with a different line-up of musicians and artists. This second time around the show will feature a Chicano rock band by the name of Nu Horizons, also Cero Azul, BRWN BFLO, Los Tiliches, Youth Music Monterey, Hula Ohana from the YMCA and Alisal Percussion, in addition to teatro by Headrush, and Teatro Campesino. Initiator of this event Rafael Garcia envisions an event where local musicians can showcase their talent in a festival setting, introducing the community to its local art, and expose Salinas youth to the various art programs available to them. The event also includes a children's arts and crafts area, a jump house, and various craft vendors. [DC]
