Writer, teacher and raconteur Paul McHugh fine-tunes the art of the story and is ready to take others along for the ride. In the morning, he hosts a workshop (reservation is limited), "Art of the Short Memoir," where he helps participants invigorate their personal anecdotes. In the afternoon, the author hosts a talk about exploration of the California coast and reads from his new novel, "Deadlines," followed by a Q&A and booksigning. [EH]
