Pacific Grove Dance Jam presents Senegalese drum master Diallo and his band, Tam Tam Sacre, in a rousing performance of West African drumming, passed down through generations, that are built around special ceremonies like coming-of-age and harvest time. Diallo has been drumming for more than 20 years and has taught throughout Monterey County. DJ Kaelyn opens the raucous, rhythmic show, and it ends with a closing circle. [WR]
