This spot is a natural for New Year’s Eve. People flock to the dancefloor, the open seating arrangement with views of the bay, and the three bars regularly on weekends. The live music is actually lively, the food is solid, and a couple could get away from the crowd and cool down with a stroll on the beach cove right outside. That is, after Local Groove performs raises the temperature with sweat-breaking R&B, rock, Latin and blues jams.
