Nancy Hanawi and Oscar Goodman, who have taught courses on peace and conflict resolution at the University of California, Berkeley, lead a series of gatherings at the Peace Resource Center. The meetings combine reading and discussion to address critical concepts in peace studies, beginning with "Human Nature" on February 13, moving into "Gender and Cultures" on February 27th and finishing up with "Reasons for Hope: Peacemaking in Everyday Life" on March 13.
