Straight out of San Francisco, low-fi bedroom rockers Commissure bring their luminescent tones and groovy vibes to the Underground Lounge. Joining them is Indie-Psych band Tokyo Raid (name fits the sound perfectly) and young, local, up-and-coming acoustic singer-songwriter James Meder.
