The library has lined up a whole couple of months of storytimes for kids ages 2-5 (stories, songs, rhymes) and ages 4 and up (stories, songs, games): Jan. 6 it revolves around penguins and polar bears, both hot topics right now; 11:15am Jan. 13 is a children's concert by Marilee, followed by Miss Charlene at 3:45pm with stories, crafts and songs about whales; Jan. 20 is "bring a friend" day; Jan. 23 gets a visit from Magic Dan at 1pm; Jan. 27 belongs to trucks (and busses, too); 11:15am Feb. 6 is kindertime with Miss El, with Silly Clothes Day later at 3:45pm; Feb. 13 is Valentines Day, with Marilee giving a concert at 11:15am and Miss Charlene at 3:45pm; celebrate the Chinese New Year Feb. 20; and frolic with lions and tigers on Feb. 27.
