These Salinas Rotarians are alright. Not much more to say about a group ready to rendezvous for some of the Salad Bowl's most mouthwatering. They're talking destination places like lofty Paraiso Vineyard (for a wine and app pairing with Todd Fisher), Corral de Tierra (for the swanky Chairman's Invitational) and the National Steinbeck Center (for the blowout Grand Tasting). They're pouring beauties like Boëté, Cambiata, Ludwig, Carmel Road, Manzoni, Miura, Pessagno and Wrath all week, and Joyce at a winemaker’s dinner at Grower’s Pub.
