The fun and games start at noon when Mayor Sue McCloud welcomes the Devendorf Park crowd. Local classic rock band Cheeky Spanks provides the good vibes. Pack a picnic or enjoy the food provided by local clubs and groups such as Carmel Heritage, the Lions, Kiwanis and others. Hot dogs, cookies, ice cream and other treats will be available. Donations are gladly accepted. [DVD]
