The city's "Dept. of Fun" releases more events to engage young and old, including belly dancing class/workout for adults with Jamaica Sinclair at Scholze Park Center on Mondays, through December; simple cooking techniques for adults and seniors June 30; older driver refresher course on Aug. 18; and ballet for children 4-8 at Hilltop Park Center on Wednesdays, taught by Carol Richmond.
