Geez Georis. You can put together a hell of a restaurant and a 30,000-bottle wine cellar (Casanova), some rather righteous wines (Georis Winery) and some money music. Isn't that enough? Apparently not. Today the best venue to picnic with wine and cheese hosts a screening of Walter Georis' documentary on those that were there in the begininng, innovating the surfing tools we take for granted today.
