Although Local Groove has been on the scene just a couple of years, their members, from Hollister to Salinas, have clocked in time with a number of local bands. They bring that well of talent to the rock, R&B, blues, Latin and funk up and down the Peninsula, from Moss Landing to Gilroy and, reliably, to Monterey at the upbeat beachside venue of Sly's, with new singer T.A. in tow. They do covers, like The Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire, Santana and even Creedence.
