Its not difficult to find beauty in the Central Coast but its always great to take a closer look. The Carmel Heritage Society hosts the annual walking tour of historic homes and gardens, featuring highlights like the Frank Lloyd Wright house on Scenic Drive and the Green Studio on Lincoln. Attendees will walk through Spanish courtyards, over koi ponds and visit the house of one of the mother’s of The Monkees. This year’s tour is dedicated in honor of long time board members Barbara and Roger Bolgard, after Barbara’s passing in March. A reception coincides the tour at the First Murphy House from 2:30-6pm.
