El Palomar hosts one of the sweatiest nights of salsa-induced body moving on the Peninsula. But the quick, erratic dance steps might evade some dance lovers. Here's your chance to get up to speed. Chautaqua Hall, founded more than 100 years ago as a venue of science and art, hosts free beginners salsa lessons Tuesday and Thursday nights, no partner or registration needed, all ages, from 7-9pm.
