Danjuma Adamu, a man from true African upbringing, has risen to the top of the world dance music scene with his compelling afrobeats and original funky style. Even through extreme poverty in Lagos, Nigeria, Adamu recalls buying a Beatles album with 10 of his friends, listening intently to learn all the parts, and playing the record until it scratched.
