Imagine yourself spread out on a beach somewhere, taking in the rays of the sun and feeling the mist of the ocean. What kind of music would you be listening to? The Monterey Peninsula Choral Society will be performaning a variety of island songs for their 48th Spring Concert. Not just the Brian Wilson vibes, either. They will also perform songs from Japan, Newfoundland and Ireland. Their Family Night Performance will be at the beginning of the Mother's Day weekend with $25 for table seating and $20 for general admission. For this special performance, children 12 and under get in for $10.
