And that's literally it, as Monterey Salsa teaches free salsa dance lessons 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, followed by open dancing 'til 9pm. Want to take it to the next level? Check out their Slammin' Salsa Fridays at El Palomar Restaurant. It's a hot, roiling, classy scene over there for 21 and over at $10 a dancer. And you will dance.
