Kids Events at Marina Library

The Marina Library boasts a healthy relationship with its youngster patrons; it has a Teen Advisory Group. So it's no wonder they line up events that sound custom made for youth. Kids 6-12 can make Mother's Day crafts 1-3pm May 8 (supplies provided); the Teen Advisory Group, for grades 6-12, meets 6pm May 5 to decide on future programs; for example, the teen origami club 6:30-7:30pm May 11 (teens eat up this stuff, apparently); and for the little ones, evening storytime with author Ann Malokas 7-7:30pm May 18.
