Here comes the big climax scene: cue the music, kick in the slow motion and wait for the waterworks to start. Whether its a meet up in an airport terminal or walking into the sunset, Composer Jim Chappell's piano pieces sound like the last 15 minutes of all those types of movies. His stuff pulls on the heartstrings so much that skater Brian Botano once performed to one of his pieces for a Thanksgiving broadcast. On Saturday, Chappell performs at the Sanctuary of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Carmel. [LC]
