Keith Decker's play Velvet Coat: The Ragged Luck of Robert Louis Stevenson will be the highlight of the annual event. The Robert Louis Stevenson Club of Monterey will provide the official "unbirthday" cake to celebrate the event. It's a free celebration but call ahead to make required seating reservations. Ages 16 and up.
