Merging spoken word and singing Bernstein unites jazz, soul, hip-hop, Latin and soulful pop grooves. She has four full-length CDs to her credit, her latest being The Poetry of Groove released last year. Teutsch, a Santa Cruz resident, teaches poetry and creative writing at Hartnell College. Editor of two important literary journals, she has been widely published in Prairie Schooner, The Southern Poetry Review, The Café Review, Two Review, Otoliths and Leaf by Leaf. [DVD]
