Brazilian workouts, the ones where you burn calories with vigorous hip-swaying and foot stomping, are sweeping into gyms everywhere, and for good reason. The music that accompanies the moves is lively, spirited, and just begs to be danced to. The Sambahemians, who’ve taken drum circles to a whole new level, perform live tonight with their energetic collection of Brazilian grooves. Honestly, try not to join in. It’s futile. [MF]
