The Monterey Museum of Art puts on new exhibitions with visually striking works. Contemporary artist Ingrid Calame is in attendance to open and speak on her exhibition "In Process." Joan Miro lithographs, Henri Matisse prints, and pieces from Picasso's classical period highlight "Celebrating Color and Line." Hung Liu's "Seven Poses" exhibit shows her portraits of women, taking inspiration from minimalist Chinese art. Paper-mache figurines of festive skeletons made by Pedro Linares make up the three-dimensional exhibition "Cabaret Calaveras: Dia de los Muertos Figures from Mexico." [GS]
