Abstract photographer Kim Kauffman will host an exhibit at the Center for Photographic Art in Carmel in a presentation entitled "Illumitones". With an abstract approach and unconventional style, Kauffman's lastest body of work
will feature photo-collages that distill the essentials of human seeing as played out through abstraction. The exhibit will include two free lectures---one on abstraction, and the other on the camera-less process of creating the images---from the artist. [KD]
