Back by popular demand, Pacific Grove's weekly Dance Jam features DJ Hamid of Santa Cruz, who strives for deepening consciousness through dance. "I am here to offer you an experience of yourself. If we could express ourselves authentically, with total freedom, what would that look like? On the dance floor and in daily life?" says Hamid. The Dance Jam is a fun, community dance for healthy lifestyles that encourages movement as meditation.
