Last year the avalanche of Spanish poetry, multi-generational music and stirring song drew so many folks that organizers had to turn people away from the stuffed Steinbeck Center (and the place ain't tiny). For the fourth installment of the ever-stronger Salinas version of the Latin cultural tradition, then, they've moved to a much larger venue in the form of the former Sherwood Hall. Anticipate potent verse, gripping photography, beautiful dance and all sorts of other artsy elements, all emceed by La Preciosa's Maggie Fernandez and Univision anchor Esmeralda Montenegro. Vamos.
