Scary Larry and the Monsters sounds like a gang of malevolent creatures that mean to scare your children. But the only thing about imposing about these fellas is that they voraciously consume other genres like Cookie Monster eats cookies. They do blues, jazz, funk and rock, covers and originals. Scary Larry gets his "swamp blues" from giants like Muddy Waters and B.B. King, and is backed by Grammy nominated horn and rhythm players.
