Has the expense of the holidays left you up broke creek with a bounced check for a paddle? Have you always wanted to see the sharks, fish and turtles of the Aquarium but haven't been able to reel it into your budget? For eight full days, the Monterey Bay Aquarium is inviting county residents to experience their underwater worlds for free. To take advantage, remember a valid ID, proof of residence or a student ID from CSUMB, Hartnell College, MPC or the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Don't forget to take advantage of 10% on gift-store items for residents and students and come by Sunday for bilingual feeding shows beginning at 3pm. Residents are invited to bring out of town guests at the usual admission rates. [TOL]
