The talented future-stars known as Dance Kids of Monterey County present the 18th Annual Nutcracker Holiday Event at Carmel's Sunset Center. The performers act out the musical for three consecutive days , with a different preceding the play each day. Friday night starts with a Gala Benefit reception at 5pm complete with refreshments, a raffle and silent auction. Saturday begins with an alumni cocktail party at 5:30pm followed by a showing for adult admission, and Sunday wraps it up with a Sugar Plum Fairy Party at 12pm with a luncheon, party activities, photo opportunities, and the final performance.
