Kim Weston, grandson of photography pioneer Edward, son of Cole and nephew of Edward (the two of whom Kim trained under and worked with), talks about his life as an heir to a photography tradition that did for the Monterey Peninsula what someone wisely equated with Ansel Adams' Yosemite and Georgia O'Keefe's New Mexico. The talk is preceded by a reception and kicks off the university's Visiting Artists lecture series. Not a bad start.
