Heavy Metal has found its place in Monterey. Tobin Peregrina of Carbone's presents the head-banging, thrash-slinging show billed with three heavy bands. Borrowing from the past thrill-rockers such as Iron Maiden and straight-no-chaser metal Slayer, these men bring the noise, and lots of it. Pride Subject of Monterey and Thirty9Fingers of Santa Cruz join forces with Psychosomatic of Sacramento to revive the long lost dark magic of pure metal. The newly revamped sound system of Carbone's is in for one hell of a ride.
