Punk rock art is laced with aggression and rejects the norm in the same way punk rock music does. And Jimbo Phillips, One Stupid Punk, Scott MacDonald and Tiger will show you just how they have done it. Phillips followed in the footsteps of his father, Jim, the former art director for Santa Cruz Skateboards where he created thousands of skateboard decks. And like dad, Phillips likes to incorporate colorfully goulish monsters on his skateboard decks. This celebration of classic punk rock imagery will also include acoustic punk rock sets by Mad Town Mulligan and The King’s Kids. [AJ]
