Film students who reside in Monterey County and are looking for a little extra funding are now welcome to apply for the fourth annual Monterey County Film Commission scholarship and awards program. The recipient of a $1,000 award will be announced in May 2011. Forms are available at the film commission office, or online at www.FilmMonterey.org. Deadline to submit applications is April 30, 2011.
