Monologues Wanted at Carl Cherry Center for the Arts

Carmel's hideaway performing arts haven is seeking one-actor, 5 to 30 minute monologues for their Sixth Annual Monologue Playwriting Contest. Monologues are chosen for their rich use of character and engaging storyline. Emerging and established writers alike can win up to $1,500 and have their play produced on stage in November at the weekend-long Talk To Me Program at the center. Hurry theater kings and queens and turn in your work by July 15th to Robert Reese, the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts at P.O. Box 863, Carmel 93921.
