Continental Tire Sports Car Festival Powered by Mazda

The Sports Car Festival uses good old fashioned horsepower and friction to heat up the track, and style and design to heat up race fans, with gear, meet-n-greets, vendors and food swirling all throughout the paddock. The revved up engines will also be provided by the Grand Am Rolex Sports Car Series-- one of the most competitive professional road racing championship in North America--featuring not-street-legal BMW's, Porche's, Ferrari's, Corvettes, etc. souped up for the fans viewing pleasure. Also racing will be the Mazda MX-5 cup and the Superstars of Superkarts (grown men who drive big and very fast go-carts). Thursday has practice and a sunset bike ride, Friday is the qualifying rounds for the respective races and the checkered flag will be waved on Saturday. [SP]
