Take away 80% of a country's oil supply and see what happens. In Cuba it was the catalyst for an amazing transportation revolution to bicycling, a story documented in "Velorulition." After the screening, local bike activist and owner of BicyclingMonterey.com, Mari Lynch, is leading a presentation and discussion on outreach to Spanish-speaking cyclists in our community.
