It's the sweet 16th for this three-day festival soaked in love-ly musical and spiritual vibes emanating from 20-plus performers, a DJ spot at the Turf Club, full bar, kids' play area, a smorgasbord of vendors, and food, food, food everywhere. The crowds—Rastas, hippies, stoners, families, young, old, hip-hop heads, Deadheads, dreads, the loyalists, the curious, et al.—are as diverse as it gets in Monterey County. They flock to a pretty powerful lineup of Inner Circle, Wailing Souls, Maxi Priest, Mykal Rose, Anthony B and more, more, more.
