Monterey Public Library welcomes children, ages 5 and up, to explore Japan through music and tale. As part of the library's Summer Reading Program, Taiko-to-Go includes storytelling and a chance for children to play rhythms with Japanese "bachis", drumsticks. The event is free and takes place in the Library's Community Room.
