Some of Chicago comedy troupe, Second City's, alumni include: Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, Gilda Radner, Tina Fey, Bill Murray, and Stephen Colbert. Originally formed in 1959, during the Eisenhower era, Second City tackles issues from politics to pop culture, showing a slice of current life with a satirical twist. They perform at CSUMB's World Theater during a major west coast tour. No subject is taboo and no figure in the spotlight is immune to the comedic prowess presented on stage. Tonight might also be a wonderful opportunity to see stars in the making on the threshold of their careers. [GS]
