Activist and author Chaz Bono, the only child of Sonny and Cher, speaks candidly about his experience of transitioning from a women into a man, and event he has called "the greatest thing I've ever done in my life." The conversation with the audience will center on the physical and social aspects of gender change, and attendees will have the opportunity to submit written questions. Chaz' 40-year struggle to match his gender identity with his physical body is detailed in his recent book Transition: The Story of How I Became a Man, as well as in the documentary Becoming Chaz, which screened at Sundance in January.
