Rather than donning a cheap plastic leprechaun hat and downing Guinness at a local bar, celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Great Big Sea. This Newfoundland based act has been playing Celtic influenced music for 18 years. Their latest album Safe Upon the Shore features musical and production help from Steve Berlin of Los Lobos and a version of "Have a Cuppa Tea" that transforms The Kinks gem into a boisterous drinking song on the chorus.
