Patt Casion, our home-grown local saxophonist, Berklee College of Music grad and now neophyte concert promoter, leads her group, IOC, to open the show for jazz guitar star, Tim Bowman. All six albums released since the mid-90s by Bowman, a Detroit native, have reached the upper echelons of smooth jazz charts, including his 2004 break-out album, This is What I Hear, which includes the number one hit single, Summer Groove. His 2010 release, The Collection, features the hit single, Let it Shine. Casion and others join Bowman for his second set. [DVD]
