Swines, steers, and sheep, oh my! The Monterey Bay Classic Junior Livestock show is back. Watch the animals and their owners scurry around the judging rink for a chance to win premium prices. After raising an animal from new born to its full potential, these kids get the chance to showcase the early mornings, long hours, and hard work it took to enter their heffers, hogs, goats, sheep, and steers. Late entries to show are excepted up to the day of the event. A concession stand will be available for lunch or a hot cup of joe. Shows will take place both Saturday and Sunday and are free to attend. [JW]
