It all begins with live music from Los Angeles rocker Big Joe Hurt, whose 2010 album, While You Were Away, was nominated for Best Album of the Year at the LA Music Awards. A screening of Hot Tubs, will follow the tunes. The documentary delves into the hot tub culture of the 1970s in Santa Barbara, which included lots of nudity and lots of mind-altering substances. Director Gabe Rosenn will be on hand for a Q&A following the screening. Clothing is optional. [AJ]
