Right when you thought roasted garlic aioli was the best additive for a good old classic Castroville green globe, here come the classic cars, the constant live music, the cultural dance, the craft vendors, the beer booths, the cooking demos, the wine tastings, the skate park and the farmers market. At its heart, though, this is about the eatin', so come hungry and remember it's the biggest community benefit this lil unincorporated outpost knows.
