In the first show of the season, the folks at Youth Music Monterey County surprise audiences as multiple special guests have a part on stage. Appearances by the Dance Kids of Monterey County, local musician Erica Horn and the Youth Music Monterey Chamber Players occur throughout the performance wrapped around the recreation of scenes from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite". The Junior Youth Orchestra, conducted by John Larry Granger, leads the way as Delightful Dances hits the Sunset Center for one exclusive show. [MY]
